• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain honored.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific results such as:

• Number of leads

• Sales volume

• Ad performance

• Return on investment

• Business growth

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control (business model, product quality, ad budget, competition, market conditions, etc.).

This helps avoid Facebook false claims policy violations.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed to create your website or landing page.

• Ensure your product or service complies with all local laws and Facebook policies.

• Review drafts and provide feedback in a timely manner.

We are not responsible for ads that get restricted due to client-side violations.

6. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service package includes a set number of revisions (as stated in your order).

• Additional revisions may require extra fees.

• Delivery timelines will depend on project size and client response time.

7. Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and customized, all payments are final and non-refundable, except when:

• We failed to deliver the agreed service.

• No work has been started yet.

No refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Poor ad performance

• Client delays

8. Intellectual Property

• Completed work becomes the client’s property once full payment is made.

• We may use parts of the project (screenshots, previews, mockups) for our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

9. Use of Website & Content

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or misuse any content from our website

• Attempt to hack, modify, or damage the site

• Use our services for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Ad account restrictions

• Website downtime caused by hosting or third-party platforms

• Mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the client

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
